  • Where should I park?
You may park in any open space in the lot outside our front door. If the lot is full there is plenty of parking directly in front of clinic on the East side of S. Platte River Dr.
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
Please be prepared to expose the skin around the area that you would like examined and treated. This allows optimal physical therapy evaluation, re-assessment, and treatment. Also, please wear non-restrictive athletic clothing and footwear. This will allow you to perform all applicable activities or movements necessary for movement observation and exercise training.
  • What should I expect when I arrive?
Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting area. We offer complimentary coffee and beverages. Your physical therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time and walk you back to your private treatment room.
  • Will my insurance reimburse me?
Most people qualify for reimbursement of 50-70% of their out of network cost once they have met their out of network deductible. We can verify your out of network benefits via phone when you provide us your name, date of birth, plan provider, and plan ID number. Following each physical therapy session we will provide you a superbill. The superbill is a medical code receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement or for consideration towards your yearly deductible. We have partnered with Reimbursify to simply the claims process for you. You are able to quickly and easily file your claims through their app for free. For step by step instructions on the Reimbursify process follow this link
  • Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?
Yes! We can either enter your card at the time of service or send you an invoice for you to enter your HSA/FSA account information.
  • Do you accept my insurance?
We are out of network with all insurance companies. This allows all of our sessions to be one hour with a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist. We do not have techs or assistants. Additionally, by paying out of pocket you have upfront clarity on costs and expectations of prognosis. We have found that personalized attention and tailored treatment allows fewer sessions overall, making it a financially prudent choice in the long run. Most insurance companies will reimburse you 50-70% of the out of network cost once you have crossed your yearly deductible threshold. We are able to verify your out of network benefits on the phone with you. Please schedule a call to chat further!
